Although our services rest on a broad and deep foundation of scientific psychology, are directly informed by decades of clinical psychology and neuropsychology practice, and may benefit individuals as well as business units and entire organizations, they do not entail clinical diagnosis or therapeutic intervention. Instead, our services involve systematic delineation of goals and challenges, bespoke creation of brain science-based and psychologically-informed action plans, implementation of strategies for monitoring impact and addressing failures, and initiation of steps for consultant disengagement and gain maintenance.

Cost is determined by client goals.

Our services are billed at an hourly rate and fees are paid in advance through our online credit card portal. Consulting time is purchased in 10-hour retainers, meetings are scheduled by agreement, and unused retainer is returned to the responsible party via credit card refund after completion of engagement. (Note: Travel time for in-person meetings, e.g. to conduct workplace observations, may incur fees based on distance/duration. Such fees include a courtesy reduction of our standard hourly rate.)

In general, outcomes that are more comprehensive and complex, that involve more team members, and that address more entrenched problems will require more time to achieve. At the outset of engagement, desired results are specified, cost constraints are considered, a written action plan is generated, and procedures for monitoring progress are delineated. Data from the latter procedures are reviewed with the client in real time in relation to resource commitments, and developments that affect goal attainability and advisability are discussed. Consultation continues until outcomes match intentions or cost-benefit analysis favors earlier termination. Along the way, goals may be added, revised, or eliminated in response to client preference after consideration of the consequences of doing so.
